Keep up with me on Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, & Twitter!

Picture this: you’re with a group of friends and you’re trying to decide where to eat.

You always dread this moment because choosing a restaurant with your friends is a nightmare. Jess is gluten-free, Katie is kind of a vegan, and Taylor is allergic to 20 different things that you can’t even remember.

All you can do is daydream about how wonderful it would be to go to a restaurant that has options for everyone.

Well, my friend, your dreams have come true.

I had the privilege of working with a restaurant that provides so many options you won’t know what to do with yourself. It’s called BistronomyB2B.

This unique burger joint features local, fresh, and delicious food at a price that all of your friends can afford.

In this post, I’ve highlighted three of B2B’s delicious veggie burgers. However, believe me when I say that their grass-fed beef burgers are equally as outstanding as each of the veggie burgers I’ve featured.

Whether you’re vegetarian, gluten-free, or just a lover of good food, there is something delicious for you at this restaurant!

Why I Love B2B (and you should too!)

1. They Love Local

I support local anything as much as possible. So, locally owned restaurants that utilize local food and products have a very special place in my heart. When I learned that B2B works with New Mexican farmers, breweries, and wineries, I was hooked!

2. They Have Options

This is what makes B2B a great choice if you’re eating with a group. They have a billion choices for everything. From six different veggie burgers to a variety of french fry seasonings to gluten-free buns, they have endless options for every part of your burger.

3. They Give Back

I worked in the non-profit sector for a year, so I appreciate businesses that give back to their community. On Sundays, 25% of B2B’s sales go to a specific charity in New Mexico. In the last eight years, they’ve donated over $170,000!

Veggie Burgers I Tried

1. Black Bean

I am so in love with black bean burgers. I try them almost everywhere I go, and I have to say that B2B’s is one of the best. It’s flavorful, smokey, and spicy all at the same time. The black bean patty is thick and incredibly satisfying, even for the most passionate meat-eaters out there. Plus, it pairs perfectly with the tangy goat cheese and sundried tomato that comes on top.

2. Cory’s Tempeh

My mom raised me to be a healthy eater and always fed me “strange” foods growing up, so I’m familiar with tempeh. (For those who don’t know, tempeh is a vegan protein that is made from cultured soybeans). Unfortunately, I never liked it very much. But, I like to consider myself an open person, so I tried the ‘Cory’s Tempeh’ burger when I went to B2B. I’m happy to admit that the instant I took a bite out of it tempeh redeemed itself. Earthy mushrooms, bell peppers, carrots, and red onion combine to make this perfectly spicy and flavorful tempeh burger. Plus, the sharp cheddar cheese melted on top makes it absolutely irresistible. I could (and will) eat this burger over and over again!

3. New Mexico Pecan Lentil

I’m obsessed with yummy sauces. Chipotle ranch, green chile mayo, jalapeno fry sauce – you name it, I probably order five cups of it with my food.

The spicy mayo on B2B’s pecan and lentil burger does not disappoint. It pairs perfectly with the nuttiness of the satisfying pecan and lentil patty, which is made with fresh cilantro, carrots, and radishes. Additionally, this bad boy is smothered in smokey pepper jack cheese making for a cheesy, creamy, heavenly bundle of deliciousness (everything a burger should be, right?!).

AND…Fried Pickles

B2B serves fried pickles with everything. Need I say more?

P.S. I may or may not have eaten this entire plate of pickles on my own.
